Booster club will meet throughout the season as needed for event planning (all team dinner, senior night, year-end banquet) fundraising, and much more.

We will send out meetings dates booth on e-news and post on the Facebook page.

All parents/families invited and encouraged to attend and be involved!

Your Membership Dues help provide:

• Food and drinks for players, coaches, and managers during away games.  They are given a drink and a small meal after the games for the trip home.  This is for all players at all levels.
• Food for the players and coaches at the year-end banquet.

Banner Sponsorships

• 5X6 banners are sold to local business or individuals who wish support the program and advertise at the same time!
• Banners are hung on the outfield fence and displayed during the spring and summer seasons
• Initial sponsorship cost $300 which covers cost of new banner and $200 for current sponsors
• Varsity players that sell banner sponsorships…$200 will go towards their varsity spring trip.

Fundraisers

• Boosters coordinates fundraisers throughout the year to help support the team.
• Concessions is our BIG fundraiser (ALL parents will be required to work the concession stand throughout the spring and summer seasons)
• King Soopers Cards:  You may purchase a re-loadable card from boosters…buy groceries and gas as you normally do and earn 5% back into your players account to help cover the cost of summer baseball.

What is PAA? (Parent Athletic Association)  It is different than Boosters!

PAC is a separate and important program that helps support ALL ROCKY ATHLETICS.  PAC provides items to Rocky athletics such as letters, pins, certificates, awards, ice machine in training room, whirlpools etc.  Boosters provides you with the opportunity to pay this fee with your Booster Membership to combine your payment into one to make it easier on you!  We collect these funds on their behalf and turn them directly over to the PAA along with your name and player’s name.  If you prefer to pay this fee separately, there is a meeting at the start of each season that you can attend as well.  We encourage you to support this program as we all work together for the good of our Rocky teams!!

The Booster Club wants to ensure that your player leaves the baseball program with lasting memories!  We know it’s a busy year for you so we are hoping to simplify the baseball season for you with this list.  Some items below require your assistance and others requires your players involvement.  Please add this important dates to your calendar and enjoy your child’s senior season.
